It was the righteous rich man
who sadly went away-
a camel who could not shrink himself
to travel through the eye.
All that saw despaired and questioned:
"Who then can be saved?"
What is impossible with men
is only possible with God!
Another rich man in a tree
Jesus bid come down-
He called the sinner by his name,
and dwelt within his house.
For Jesus came to seek and save
the broken and the lost.
The rich man passes the needle's grave
through the doorway of the cross!
