I'm writing this poem
In purple colored pencil.
Well, actually it's blue,
But I thought purple sounded better.
I learned in English class
That alliteration is poetic.
But do I have to lie
To try and make my writing perfect?
Do I want it to be
Beautiful or true?
Can it be both,
Or must I always choose?
